Noni Mad Moves Closer to Arsenal Switch

While Arsenal fans are signing petition to stop the purchase of Noni Madueke from Chelsea, the top hierarchy at the Emirates are already finalising plans to sign the 23-year-old, currently in the United States of America for the FIFA Club World Cup.

Madueke is expected to play a role in final of the FIFA Club World Cup on Sunday against Paris Saint Germain before making the move to Arsenal in a deal worth 52m pounds.

The Dutch-Gerian is expected to deputise for Bukayo Saka, who had suffered work overload in the past two seasons. Saka was out injured for three months last season and it had a negative impact on the Gunners' push for the first EPL title in 20 years.

It is also reported from various sources that Arsenal could be willing to sell Leandro Trossard with the right offer as well as Gabriel Martinelli, who has had an  irresistible offer from Saudi Arabia.

Another report also indicate that youth prodigy, Ethan Nwaneri is set to stay at Arsenal and will renew his contract with the Gunners. The 17-year-old had been linked with a move to Chelsea, who had been monitoring his contract situation.

Ultimately, Arsenal fans are  calling on the Arsenal board to quicken the signing of Victor Gyokeres, as thing seem to have cooled off in recent days concerning the Sweden striker.
